We are pleased to announce that Heléne Clark, Founder and Director of both The Center for Theory of Change (C-ToC) and ActKnowledge, has been asked to join the expert/editorial board for the Evidence to Policy and Impact Unit in the Research for Health Department/Science Division at the World Health Organization.
Heléne will contribute feedback to a preliminary tool that the Evidence to Policy and Impact Unit is developing toward more systematically including research into Theory of Change development processes.
